We're Amy and Showly. We started Pairess to help women succeed in the workplace through stylish and functional apparel that makes your life easier.
For years, we wore uncomfortable, pocketless, dry-clean only work clothes in our demanding corporate jobs. That alone was frustrating enough, but we were outraged to learn that the lack of functionality in women’s clothes is rooted in gender stereotypes that value women for our appearance over what we can accomplish.
So we built Pairess to be your cheerleader, your work wife, and a reminder to break that glass ceiling.

Partner with Women
We believe in creating more economic opportunity for women and strive to work with women-owned businesses and female freelancers. We're proud that almost all of our supply chain and freelance partnerships are female-owned.
Give Back
A % of all purchases goes to organizations that support women and to YOU, the inspiring women who make up our own community. To start, we'll send a handwritten post card to a badass women who inspires you and will also donate to Gyrl Wonder, a mentorship platform for young women of color.
Celebrate Strong Women
We name our styles after go-getter women, many of whom are chosen by our broader Pairess community. It's our small way of celebrating women who inspire us.
