Please note that there may be an additional 1-3 days associated with processing your order before it can be shipped. We ship to the United States only at this time.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Pairess merchandise. If you're not 100% satisfied, email us at hello@pairess.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll send you a shipping label to send back for an exchange or refund unless noted as final sale. The merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. Merchandise has to be returned in its original packaging with tags intact. 

If the returned merchandise appears to not be in its original condition, you may not qualify for a refund and the item will be returned to you.
